Mobile animal farm melbourne has for more then 15 years seen hundreds of children from our kindergarten enjoying the excellent hands on experience offered by the Australian Mobile Farm Co. Their visits are always anticipated with great excitement. They never disappoint and always prove to be a great extention of our program.
Farmer Dan can cater for 3 year old and 4 year old children and ensures that the animals are all "child friendly". Children have the opportunity to touch, hold and feed a variety of animals, including a calf, a piglet, lambs, goats,chickens, ducks and rabbits. And we always enjoy the sing-a-long at the end, as the visit winds up.
The Australian Mobile Farm Co also offers an Egg Hatching program with which we have had excellent success. Children and parents alike are always very fascinated by the whole hatching process. It's all very easy to set up and run.Dan provides eggs and all equipment required.
Vicki and Dan are very easy to deal with and visits are organised with no fuss.
Easy, Educational, Fun. We look forward to doing it again next year.

What a wonderful experience both for the children and grown ups. The feed back from parents was very positive, the professional display of a wide variety of healthy friendly farm animals and the professional friendly staff, made the day happy positive experience for the children. Many of our children would never have the opportunity to come in contact with many of these animals.

I cannot recommend the Australian Mobile Farm Company highly enough.  The Australian Mobile Farm Company came to our son's third birthday party and kept the kids entertained from the second they got there.  The kids loved it! Such beautiful, gorgeous natured animals, they were fantastic with the kids, as was the handler.  No hassle whatsoever in setting up or packing up.  Best choice by far I could have made.  The kids and adults are still talking about it!

We have had the mobile farm for six years now and have found Dan and Vicki excellent organised caring people to deal with.  The experience is hands on and the children have an opportunity to walk amongst the animals, pat, nurse and feed them all.  The animals are well cared for and tame so the children can interact with them comfortably.  We have no hesitation in recommending this valuable experience.
